Industrial Welder course is aimed at providing job- oriented training to trainees in Welding and flame Cutting. It will provide training to use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components or to fill holes, Indentations or seams of fabricated metal products.

The Industrial Welder course shall cover the following major topics:

Principles of Occupational Health and Safety in the Work Environment, performing Engineering Measurements, cutting Work piece ,using powered saws, Hand shears or Chipping knife, Lay out positions, securing parts and assemblies according to specifications, Marking and inspection of grooves, angles or gap allowances using Micro Meter, Caliper and precision Measuring Instruments,  Welding using Manual Metal arc Welding/Shielded Metal Arc Welding Safe and Secure Environment, Safety aspects in Handling CNG including emergency, Manually (semi-automatic ) manual welding joints using the MIG/MAG, Cleanliness around the workplace, good personal Hygiene and practices. Precautionary Health Measures, Performing Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), welding also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW). Engaging with customers to understand their service quality requirements, fulfilling customer requirements to achieve customer satisfaction, adherence to service and safety guidelines at all times including safety issues for working height.
